Qi Gong on-line Workshops :

As a certified teacher of medical qi gong, my on-line workshops  will teach a series of exercises from the principals of “Taiji-Quan”. These are exercises which I have adapted for our western cultures especially with our faster living pace, our environmental toxins, and our ever changing world full of negative stressors, anxiety and poor sleeping habits.

In my second on-line course I will teach you how to strengthen your spine and lower back, these will be 5 minutes well spent during your day .

The third on-line course is to teach you ‘passive qi flow’, which I call ‘in stillness lies your strength’
